Great place and price for the area. I wish I had stayed a bit closer to the City Island or other main attractions, but that had nothing to do with the hotel itself. Just a recommendation for first time visitors. The hotel was great and clean. Staff was very nice and approachable. The breakfast was better than I expected as I'm used to North America style. The walls are thin, not ideal for light sleepers. They put us in a room with 2 single beds even though I booked a queen. Not major issue, but a tiny bit uncomfortable for a couple.

I liked almost everything about my stay at Campanile Paris 14 - Maine Montparnasse. It's located in the quiet neighbourhood yet you can easily get to the main tourist attractions in like half an hour. Staff was nice, and my room was cleaned every day. And the bed! God, I loved that comfy bad and the fact that my room was facing inner court, it was really quiet and I really appreciated that.

Very good location, it was very easy to get around the city by metro, bus, and even on foot. The room was very clean and cleaned every day. The toilet and shower room were recently renovated. The bed, pillows, and bed linen were comfortable and soft.

The location was good, near the Montparnasse tower, a short walk to a selection of metro stations and bus stops right outside. The area felt safe when arriving back at night. The room was a decent size for Paris! We had three single beds and plenty of room to walk around and for our luggage. The beds were comfy, we slept well. It wasnt too hot or too cold as there was a window that opened, air con and a heater if needed. The ensuite bathroom was a good size with a decent shower. All facilities were clean and also cleaned each day we were there. It was one of the better budget hotels we have stayed in when visiting Paris and we would definitely stay there again.

Attention please!! I have nothing but praise for this place; everything was perfect from the moment we stepped into the hotel. Starting with the location, it's close to 3 very good metro stations, just a 5 to 10-minute walk from each, and it's very close to the Orlybus, which is VERY important. The Montparnasse neighborhood is wonderful; besides being close to the center, it's a very fun area to find breakfast and dinner options. The hotel staff were VERY kind, very attentive, and even allowed us to check in 1.5 hours early because it was a less busy day and a room was already available. But if needed, they could have stored our luggage. The room was very clean, the stay had no issues, and we stayed on the top floor. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again. The price was very fair.

Stayed for 4 nights in a twin room, with en suite (small, but perfectly usable). While the room was smallish, there was storage for clothes and our cases could be kept out the way too. Tea and coffee were provided in the room, but there is no fridge. There's air conditioning in the room. We didn't notice noise from outside, but we were on the top floor to the side of the building. We picked the hotel based on its location to Gare Montparnasse and the RER to Charles de Gaulle, which are both an easy 10 minutes walk. The hotel is also close to to two metro lines to take you to different parts of the city. The staff were really nice, and there is also a small outside terrace on the ground floor where you can take drinks from the bar. The terrace closes at 10pm. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel, going instead a couple of minutes along the road to a cafe called Felicie where there's the option of breakfast from €8.50 and which is served up to at least 11.30am, after other places have stopped. There are so many bars and restaurants within an easy 15 minute walk, and while the area may not have many big tourist attractions (apart from the catacombs and Tour Montparnasse), it was bustling and lively in the evening, and there's a small market nearby on a Friday morning.

Easy to find, pretty good location - around 10 mins to Metro, a few shops and cafes around. Twin room was small, bathroom was tiny (as per photos and as is expected in Paris), but beds were good, everything was clean, we had a lovely, large window that opened. We flew in very early in the morning, and I had contacted the property prior to arriving, asking if we could leave our bags prior to check-in, which they agreed to. When we arrived (after almost 30 hours of travelling), the staff went out of their way to get us straight into the room, hours before check-in, and without us asking for this. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

The hotel was amazing, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Line 13 is close, so it's easy to reach any place in Paris. There's groceries close by to get cheap meals and nice restaurants close by. I highly recommend and for sure I have plans to comeback.

Nice location near to restaurants and shops. Easy transport links into Paris centre. We found the number 92 bus from outside the hotel much easier and quicker than the metro. Very clean and the staff were all very helpful. We enjoyed having a drink on the terrace in the evening and there was no requirement to buy the drink from the hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and our room was spotless. It was cleaned everyday and we were given fresh towels and a lovely complimentary tea tray. The proximity to all of the main tourist attractions was no more than an hour away on foot. However, there is also great access to public transport on the doorstep. Within the local area there are bars, restaurants, boulangeries, patisseries and a lovely children’s park. A fantastic break away, we will be returning. Thank you!
